1. Regal Heritage Reception – Aarohi & Tejas 

Venue: Gangaur Farm, Vadodara

When Aarohi and Tejas told us they wanted a reception inspired by heritage, we immediately asked ourselves:

What does heritage mean in Vadodara?

The answer naturally led us to the Gaekwads.

Vadodara is a city known for its royal history, artistic legacy, architecture, music, and culture. Instead of creating a generic royal wedding, we built an experience inspired by the city's heritage.

The palette featured deep maroons, antique golds, rich reds, and ivory tones. Brass vessels, handcrafted furniture, chandeliers, vintage elements, and artistic details created a setting that felt regal without feeling overwhelming.

One of our favorite additions was a dedicated live instrumental music area featuring classical sounds inspired by sitar and tabla performances, allowing guests to experience heritage rather than simply see it.

Instead of creating a typical elevated stage, we designed a low-height meet-and-greet platform that allowed guests to move naturally, interact with the couple, take photographs, and continue enjoying the celebration.

The result felt less like a formal reception and more like a cultural experience.

2. Tropical Garden Haldi – Rohan & Shriti

For Rohan and Shriti's Haldi, we created a vibrant tropical garden experience inspired by exotic birds, lush greenery, colorful blooms, and playful outdoor aesthetics.

The design featured:

• Parrots

• Flamingos

• Toucans

• Tropical foliage

• Bright floral arrangements

• Botanical-inspired installations

The objective was to create something fresh, youthful, and energetic.

Rather than using traditional Haldi decor, we built a whimsical environment that felt like stepping into a tropical paradise.

Guests were welcomed through floral structures filled with colorful birds and greenery, while photo areas incorporated playful visual elements that encouraged interaction.

The bright colors and tropical details perfectly reflected the fun and celebratory mood of an Haldi ceremony.

3. Soft Pastel Haldi – Aakash Thakkar

Venue: Royal Acres, Vadodara

Most Haldi celebrations rely heavily on yellow.

We decided to take a different approach.

For Aakash's Haldi, we introduced soft lavender, blush pink, ivory, and gold accents while still respecting the traditional essence of the ceremony.

The design combined:

• Floral pastel panels

• Traditional brass décor

• Soft floral arrangements

• Textured natural backdrops

• Elegant signage

The result felt fresh, modern, and sophisticated.

It proved that Haldi functions don't always need to follow the same visual formula.

The space maintained the joyful spirit of the ritual while introducing a softer, more contemporary aesthetic.

4. Floral Haldi & Mehendi – Drashti Patel

Some themes don't need dramatic concepts to stand out.

This was one of them.

For Drashti's Haldi and Mehendi celebrations, the vision was simple—create a bright, cheerful atmosphere that felt fresh, welcoming, and full of festive energy.

The design focused on:

• Sunflowers

• Marigolds

• Fresh floral arrangements

• Rustic carved panels

• Traditional seating

• Handcrafted décor elements

• Soft Mehendi-inspired floral styling

For the Haldi, vibrant yellow blooms and traditional details created the joyful energy that makes the ceremony so memorable. The carved backdrop, floral accents, and cultural elements added warmth and character without overwhelming the space.

For the Mehendi, we carried the same celebratory spirit into a softer, floral-focused setup. The design embraced fresh flowers, elegant details, and a light, welcoming aesthetic that allowed the rituals and family moments to take center stage.

The result was a celebration that felt colorful, effortless, and timeless, proof that sometimes the simplest themes create the most beautiful memories.

5. Bohemian Romance Reception – Shreya & Akshay

Venue: The Zen Place, Vadodara

Not every reception needs crystal chandeliers and grand floral stages.

For Shreya and Akshay, we designed a celebration inspired by bohemian romance and relaxed luxury.

The concept combined:

• Pampas grass

• Dried florals

• Macramé details

• Soft blush tones

• Natural textures

• Wooden accents

• Warm ambient lighting

The decor felt effortless and elegant.

Instead of focusing on grandeur, the design focused on atmosphere.

Guests moved through intimate photo corners, cozy seating arrangements, decorative mirrors, floral installations, and personalized storytelling spaces.

The result felt modern, romantic, and highly personal.

It was proof that simplicity, when executed thoughtfully, can be just as impactful as luxury.
