01.Experiential Wedding Design
We start with the space, not the flowers. Our architects and engineers work out how your venue is built, lit and moved through - where guests walk in, where they gather, what they see first - long before a single flower goes up. The decor then follows the space, instead of being squeezed into it.
02.Floral Artistry & Space Design
The same space-first thinking, told in fresh flowers. Every arrangement is planned around the room it sits in, so the florals feel like part of the venue rather than something added on top. This is the work behind our mandap and wedding decor.
03.Wedding Planning in Vadodara
One team for the whole wedding: venue, budget, vendors and the day itself. You talk to us, we handle everyone else, and the people who planned it are the ones on the ground making it happen.
04.Destination Wedding Planning
Udaipur and the rest of Rajasthan, Goa, Uttarakhand. We plan from Vadodara and travel with our own crew to run it on the ground, so nothing gets lost between the planning calls and the venue.
05.Wedding Decoration & Mandap Design
Mandaps, stages and full venue decor, built in fresh flowers and designed for the space you're actually in. We also take on a few non-wedding celebrations each season.
06.Corporate & Event Management
Corporate events, product launches and private celebrations, managed end to end by the same team that runs our weddings. Weddings are what we're known for, but they're not all we do.
07.Vendor Management
Caterer, tent house, DJ, pandit ji, photographer, mehendi artist - a typical Indian wedding runs on 20 or more vendors, and most families end up chasing them on WhatsApp the night before. We shortlist, negotiate and contract every one, hold them to a written timeline, and handle the last-minute no-shows and surprise extra charges so your family doesn't have to.
08.Artist Management
Sangeet choreographers, live bands, dhol players, Sufi and Bollywood singers, anchors and headline acts. We book them, sort out riders, sound checks, travel, stay and green rooms, and keep them on schedule - so the singer booked for 9 PM isn't walking on stage at midnight, and your cousins actually get their rehearsals before the sangeet.
09.RSVP Management
A 1000-name guest list scattered across family WhatsApp groups never quite adds up. We call and message every guest, confirm who is coming to which function, and collect arrival details, room needs and food preferences - Jain, satvik, no onion-garlic and all. You get one live headcount, so the caterer plans for the people actually attending instead of a guess.
10.Logistics Management
Buses from the railway station, cars for the elders, decor trucks that have to clear the venue before the next function, and a baraat with its ghodi and band that needs to reach on muhurat. We plan every movement - transport, venue move-ins and changeovers - on a minute-by-minute run sheet, with a team on the ground keeping it on time.
11.Guest Hospitality Management
Room allotments that don't start a family argument, a welcome desk at the hotel, airport and station pickups, welcome hampers, and someone on hand to look after the elders and the relatives who arrive a day early. Our hospitality team looks after your guests the way you would yourself, if you weren't busy getting married.
